After looking at this video you might wonder what to think about this car. Is this for real or is it just a crazy invention? Well, creator Perry Watkins is very serious about his car and he’s got his mind set on the record on smallest car ever build.

The car can’t be driven legally on the streets, but you can always ride around your neighborhood to have a little fun. Perry already is the proud owner of the world’s lowest car and the Flatmobile.

The car is half a normal car size. Its measurements are 39 inches tall, 26 inches wide and 51 inches long. That’s pretty crazy! We don’t really understand the use of this car, but we have to admit that it looks pretty funny.
